Pros

The company is doing great financially. Never has had to have a lay off. Great benefits and pretty laid back.

Cons

I Can't really think of any negative comments. Its a great place to work with lots of different positions. Sometimes its a little to slow.

Pros

It's a job if you need one. It's a good retirement plan if you plan to grow old and decrepit there.

Cons

Depressing environment. Culture is old, slow, good-ole boy club. Most people get depressed and fat after several months of working there. Morale is very low at the home office and in the field among the agents. Company does not value their employees nor consider them assets in the least.

Pros

Great balance of work and family. Company stands behind their products and pays claims quickly and fairly. Employees at the home office are very helpful and friendly

Cons

It is pretty difficult to come up with any cons about the company or the job. Company rates make it tough to compete with at times.
