Pros

Small branch office and great co-workers. Company strives on customer service and always looks out for the policyholders, unlike most other insurance companies. I work in the field and in the office, so it's a nice adjustment. Management is flexible on overtime during storm season. Awesome 401K plan and benefits. Company car.

Cons

Can be long hours during storm seasons, etc. Working outside in really hot or really cold weather doing inspections. Unable to wear appropiate clothing depending on the claims that are being inspected. i.e. walking through a muddy field inspecting barn damage in khakis. No room for advancement unless you want to relocate.
