      Pros

      The 401k profit sharing is great. The company is strong and growing. Shelter's policy holders and agents are high caliber compared to other companies.

      Pros

      Maybe the health insurance, even that isn't as good as the university.

      Cons

      Too many to list. They work you till you feel like you have no work life balance. They give you a workload so unsurmountable that when you get behind they don't ask if you want help, they just offer OT or treat you like you're the problem because they give you such a huge workload. They took away any hybrid or remote opportunities that made any work life balance possible. Not to mention their mural in the cafeteria that has very few people of color and women.
