Not to many cons to think of

401k is a profit sharing platform-if the company isn’t making money you are essentially placing your money in a non interest account-useless!! CEO called for EVERYONE within 30 miles to return to office-not just taking away full remote options, but also hybrid. Get with the times, this is not the direction you want to go if you want to keep employees!! The cafeteria here is also lacking and the food is often horribly old-esp the salad bar. Only drinks that are free is coffee and water…offices are very noisy and offer no white noise to offset it all. Very heavy dependence on middle management…if you get managed at all.
