      Comfortable working environment, management that holds you accountable but is not overbearing, participation in a growing department, competitive salary.

      Cons

      Insufficient communication with regard to policy changes, 5 days a week in-office when company policy is 3, lack of flexibility with regard to work from home.

      Pros

      Very inclusive company - Always offering opportunities for networking, celebrations, and everyone is friendly and professional. I love my team! Flexible positions - Some positions allow remote and hybrid work which is an amazing perk for me and my family. Opportunity - There are many opportunities to move to other departments, promote, or just do resume building. Shelter has an environment that fosters continued education.

      Cons

      Not a con, but keep in mind that your work product will be held to a high standard and we are always striving to make things better and more efficient.
