      Pros

      Shelter is a stable company where you don't have to worry if your job will be there for you. The benefits are generous and the culture generally supports a collaborative working environment. Actual humans with families run this company.

      Cons

      Recent strategic workflow decisions do not appear to align with traditional values of the company. This creates some dissonance between what is the new expectation vs how Shelter has previously valued interconnectedness between teams.

      Remote/Hybrid work, provided equipment, merit increases, profit sharing, flexible schedule, employee benefits, work at your own pace (for the most part). Promotes within

      Cons

      Out of state training is less than stellar, most employee events are held in Missouri at HO. Work volume/time off not scheduled properly amongst all employees. Pay is less than other companies
