      Pros

      Shelter treats their employees well. The family atmosphere is nice. My boss is excellent to work with.

      Cons

      Shelter needs to advance the pay scale. Even after the current pay scale increase we are still drastically underpaid. Also Shelter needs to increase the vacation and sick leave to be competitive with other companies

      Pros

      I have never worked for a company that values, respects, and appreciates their employees like Shelter does. In my experience, there is an good company culture at the Home Office location. The People Resources Department does a great job of providing new employees with benefits information, resources, etc.

      I currently have no cons to mention working for Shelter
