      Overworked, Out of Touch, Bad Technology

      good benefits, normal hours, hybrid work

      Cons

      you're overworked and overwhelmed, turnover for position is bad and no help when you're down people, management is out of touch with what employees want. technology is old and infuriating and updating that technology is slow, so many manual processes and issues with company programs and tools
