      Pros

      Very family oriented company that understands the importance of doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Pay can be low for those working for the insurance agent. The only way to make a lot of money as a producer you will have to continuously build your sales pipeline.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. Company really knows how to show appreciation to its employees. Trainer was very knowledgeable and helpful.

      Cons

      The work flow can vary quite a bit due to the nature of the department I was in.

      Shelter makes it a point to have all employees feel included. Having all equipment needed to preform the job duties are provided.

      Cons

      Even with the great atmosphere the compensation is on the lower end for anyone who has had adjusting experience.
