Shelter is a very high integrity business.

I sincerely feel like I hit a homerun with my position and this employer. Supportive, encouraging, understanding, motivating, welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind are words I would use to describe my experience working with others at Shelter. The dress for your day is a very nice option to have. I wouldn't particularly look forward to wearing black slacks everyday, and I appreciate that 'business casual' attire doesn't mean you can wear your workout clothes to work. Be comfortable at work and yet still maintain some professionalism. The hybrid work environment is exceptional. I believe that helps to keep employees from burning out on coworkers they might need a break from. Plus its nice to have options! The cafeteria is great, and having it makes me feel incredibly fortunate. The prices show how much Shelter cares for their employees because they only charge their employees what the cost of the food is. That makes more employees able to enjoy this extra perk.
