      Consistently getting rid of benefits but under the guise of more freedom

      Pros

      Calm environment and vibe of how jobs used to be in the 90s.

      Cons

      Culture is changing to get ride of benefits that make Shelter different but not supplementing with pay. Most people stay to keep their pensions which aren't available for new hires resulting in an aged workforce and way of working.
