Pros

Very family oriented company. Everyone cares for each other. Will do everything in their power to keep their employees during transitions. Have never seen a layoff, even through the pandemic.

Cons

Salary compared to other companies is low. Currently understaffed in many different areas and work is heavy with the same point of emphasis is to provide top notch service to internal and external customers. Lastly, the culture has shifted since the pandemic and allowing fun in the workplace needs to improve.
