Pros

Remote work available, bigger company than you’d guess.

Cons

Technology is terrible, nothing is automated. Don’t even have DocuSign. Pay is so low, benefits are disappearing. No increase in adjusters even though policy count is up 100%.

Pros

People are great and the culture is nice. However, the work loads are so overwhelming it can make for a very stressful work environment. Lots of people have no idea what they are doing and don't want to ask too many questions. MGMT did not have knowledge of the position they were supervising. Basically, you were your own supervisor and just tried your best.

Cons

Workload is huge and training is only two weeks long. You are dropped right in the middle of everything. Sink or swim.
