The residents were sweet. Most of the employees were great to work with and are still friends to this day.

Promotions and opportunities often go to friends or family members rather than qualified employees. High‑school clique culture. Favoritism and social groups influence scheduling, workload, and treatment of staff. Corner‑cutting is normalized. Quality and safety take a back seat to speed and cost‑saving. Lack of teamwork. Departments operate in silos, and employees are frequently left to handle overwhelming workloads alone. No employee appreciation. Hard work goes unnoticed, and morale is consistently low.
