• Shepherd Center supports the growth and development of their employees who are willing to take advantage of the opportunities. • I appreciate the commitment to core values and culture of the organization. • Being apart of the organization has allowed me to contribute to new initiatives in a meaningful way, which allows me to operate and shine in my zone of genius.

Cons

This isn't truly a con... I'd like to see (and be a part of) the expansion, growth and development of the Health Information Management department.

Pros

Shepherd is one of the best employers. The culture and sense of community created here is so contagious and inspiring. I have been impressed with the transparency of Shepherd as a whole, especially during COVID.

Cons

The only con I have noticed is the maternity leave policy.
