Great Patients and Employees But Has Internal Issues

It's extremely fulfilling to see the positive attitudes of injured patients after surviving traumatic injuries. Most employees below middle management have great personalities and display teamwork.

Cons

There are serious issues within this company. Most employees in upper management that have been here for 10 years or more are known for showing favoritism amongst employees. They make comments that are clearly a display of dislike for other ethnicities when others aren't around. You cannot go to HR or other leaders in management because you will be considered a trouble maker. The problem is that this favoritism has become a systemic problem because employees below management have become aware that their leaders promote such hatred and they become a shadow of their leadership. Human Resources and Senior management are clearly aware of this issue but want to pretend like they are unaware when employees complain. The sheer number of complaints of lack of cultural diversity and the display of favoritism being commented on through this website speaks volumes.

Leadership along with Human Resources is continually identifying opportunities to embrace diversity as we strive to provide a culture of inclusion. While we are disappointed to see negative comments from a current employee, we accept the feedback as our opportunity to continue to influence positive leadership at all levels of the organization.

Wonderul place to work, teamwork, feel appreciated, weekly update emails from director of nursing, pay is far better than others, always available shifts to pick up, very enthusiastic workforce and very rewarding

Cons

Very Very rarely, like 2 times a yr, you may end up with 7 patients if there is a scheduling issues. Mostly 5-6 pt load. But- everybody, including charge nurses help out.
