You can work as many hours as you want. And I really don’t have any more pros. Management is too laid back.

Cons

No one ever wants to cover your shifts. Management just tells you it’s your responsibility. They change your schedule day of.

Gained great experience and loved my patients.

Cons

Treat patients and employees like dirt. Underpaid. Made up lies to get me fired and didnt even care to hear my side of the story. Lose lose situation on my end. Should have sued.
