Excellent coworkers/colleagues. Supportive management. Good paid time off policy. Family and pet friendly. Flexible scheduling. Many different programs and geographic locations.

Cons

Pay for required experience/degree. However, much of that is also due to government reimbursement policies (i.e., Medicaid/Medicare, etc. ).
