Terrible pay, upper management does not have your back, certain directors are control freaks and never are wrong and try and throw you under the bus....if offered employment RUN !!!!

Cons

IT department lacks funding and support. A lack of funding permeates most decisions making forward growth and change for the organization glacial at best.
