      Good experience in mental health, PTO, and endless opportunities for overtime

      Cons

      Environment can be potentially dangerous with certain aggressive patients. We also do not get paid nearly enough.

      Excellent coworkers/colleagues. Supportive management. Good paid time off policy. Family and pet friendly. Flexible scheduling. Many different programs and geographic locations.

      Cons

      Pay for required experience/degree. However, much of that is also due to government reimbursement policies (i.e., Medicaid/Medicare, etc. ).
