Pros

It is a large agency with room to move around between divisions.

Cons

I worked in the crisis program and found the division director and upper management were very cliquey. The program coordinator does not know how to address people and often yells at staff or talks to them like they are stupid. If upper management doesn't like you they will do whatever it takes to force you to quit.

Pros

The clients are about the only pros.

Cons

They pressure you to take unpaid overtime if you can't keep up, and are regularly understaffed and overworking their staff. Some teams have more managers than actual staff working with clients. Managment culture is toxic, and abusive. I had personally seen or heard of facilitators crying after meeting with management. This is a HARD job on its own, working with complicated and ill clients but management is BY FAR the hardest and most stressful part!
