Pros

An exceptional amount of talent across the health system, employees tend to be passionate about their work and the people they serve, community-like feel. I also appreciate that there's a value system in place that is abided by.

Cons

Could increase communication to and among employees, but I've seen strides in this area even since I started.

Cons

-Need to work further on communication across the health system and with management -Healthcare and maternity policy is lacking
