      Pros

      Good management, Town Hall meetings where the CEO will take questions/comments. I really enjoy working with my co-workers and clients.

      Cons

      Tons of paperwork, but it is necessary. High burnout leads to high turnover though its really not too bad.

      School and unit staff work as a team.

      Cons

      Nursing area poorly managed, do not support one another. Dangerous environment: severe injury 2 months in from a resident. Workmans comp is not compensation at all for everything you have to deal with. It is 2/3 of your pay and you are still responsible for your portion of the healthcare you have through SPHS. Then when you return you are treated poorly, mostly by nursing. I left. I also know this happened to other nurses who had been injured and stupidly returned. I give 0 stars for this facility.

      Please listen to ALL the review that were written on this site about this place. There is a reason why glassdoor exist to inform. If ALL the reviews are poor then maybe there is a problem. I just wish I came on this site prior to getting the "job" This is a dangerous environment for workers. Like someone indicated, you need to be strong tough and particularly a man to handle this place. I don't think any amount of money is worth it.
