Pros

Lots of hours if you want them. Working with disabled people is satisfying because they really appreciate the things you do. And, just taking good care of others is a great feeling.

Cons

Not a "better paying job!" Mosaic skims too much off the top of their low man on the totem pole, so once again...a job where the ones doing the most work are rewarded the least. 90% In mature, uncaring managers, and all training is online, so if you have questions, Sucks, no one to ask.
