      Pros

      watching my clients learn and grow and be apart of their recovery was a really great experience.

      Cons

      High employee turn over, supervisors expect one person to manage doctors appointments, making appointments, transporting, grocery shop, billing and coding on 14 clients or more, and monthly notes, done pretty much daily.
