      Pros

      Beautiful campus with free parking. Cafeteria provided free dinner and breakfast to those who worked night shift in the snow storms this winter. Management gives bonuses/gift cards during the holidays Good work/life balance Great summer party for employees with great food and music

      Cons

      There is not a guaranteed raise every year, but management seems to do their best to make it happen

      Pros

      One of the few last psychiatric hosptials you can work at in this country. A place of history going back to the mid 1800's

      Cons

      Medical insurance plans are quite poor considering this is a medical hospital!!!!! Pay is below average. Management seems to consist of a tightly knitt group of people with their friends/relatives none of which are qualified to perform any type of work let alone management. If you are not in the "club" you will find yourself in a rut and might as well leave.
