      Pros

      Working with the clients is very rewarding. I love spending time with them and I got to learn something everyday through my interaction with them.

      Cons

      Terrible director at the Timonioum office on York road. She's condescending, rude and to put it plainly a bully. I wouldn't recommend to work in this specific place. RUN. Try catonsville or somewhere else. The other bosses are not bad and they are respectful except her. Nobody needs to be belittled and put down.

      Pros

      The best part of this job was working with the clients served and seeing the difference I personally helped to make in their lives. Some of my co-workers were also a breath of fresh air as they were dedicated to helping the clients succeed as well.

      Cons

      Management is extremely unprofessional, I can't stress that enough. Management constantly leaves early to go out to happy hour/lunch/etc. Management is also the main cause of gossip around the office. Human Resources is just as bad. Pay is low considering all the varying factors of what can be a dangerous work environment. I sincerely hope all agencies are not like this one.
