Got to work together with others and help patients improve. Made connections with patients.

Cons

Unit was very understaffed. This put a lot of strain on staff. No one was every happy to be coming into work. A lot of the workers were not qualified to work with people dealing with mental health issues. SP needs to do more work to make sure their staff know how to deliver trauma-informed care. Yelling at a child isn't going to make them get better.
