      Good pto rates, good starting wage, Jon much required experience, you learn a lot on the job, fairly laid back position.

      . Cons are that it’s inconsistent, the staff turnover is high, the pay is okay but low for the job requirements, management can be hit or miss, and the programs can be very disorganized.
