A ton of patient interaction, easygoing staff, they work with you to accommodate your schedule. Orientation the first two weeks is super informative.

Cons

The training period on the unit was poorly organized- you have to be willing to ask a lot of questions or you won't learn much. However, staff are generally kind and we really work as a team.
