Cons

Salary is not competitive. I could be making 20k more somewhere else for my education and experience level. We are constantly understaffed and cannot fill positions because of the salary.

None-being belittled and threatened by leaders. They only kept children who were not appropriate for the program for the money (which is a common practice that goes on at SPHS.)

Cons

Do not work for the Hannah Moore Program if you are a Person of Color- I was not allowed to take PTO, lost my medical insurance for a few months (even when I was working full-time) and was not paid several times. Many of the workers at the school are on government assistance. This job was detrimental to your mental well-being and I was told that if I leave my position, I will get reported and possibly lose my counseling license. This job was not safe for me and the environment was extremely toxic.
