Great mission and a solid company but the communications department needs to be more supportive

Consistent work hours for admin staff. The company as a whole is very mission driven and dedicated to a noble cause.

Cons

The communications department is not diverse and very exclusionary. The director and manager are not supportive of staff learning and growing.
