Terrible management

Pros

Great direct nursing team and teamwork between specialties. Most doctors are friendly and will know their nurses by name.

Cons

Management does not care whatsoever about us. Severely short staff on all floors, floating almost weekly, poor pay, terrible benefits (the health insurance is an absolute joke)
