Pros

Friendly management Food on holidays 401k PTO Thats about it

Cons

Wages are terrible (fast food workers make more then 40% of staff), skimping on air conditioning the whole facility during heat waves, No union, Hospital cares more about their board member's pockets more than their employees

High turnover rate. Primarily staffed by new graduates and older nurses who are burnt out and just waiting for retirement
