Pros

There are great employees at Shermco and some great managers. Working in this industry can be rewarding as you get to assist customers when they need it most.

Cons

Low pay compared to other companies in the industry with a sub-par vehicle situation for sales. It has turned into a revolving door of employees with constant management change. I can not in good faith recommend if you are looking to build a career
