      Great technicians and work hard

      Upper management could not manage . Unqualified management that is only out for themselves. The work the techs like dogs and have no concern of their well being. Takes advantage of customers by change ordering the heck out of them

      Don't get brain cancer because they'll fire you for not coming back to work soon enough after major brain surgery.

      Pros

      Great organic growth with limited leadership intrusion. Growth rates as high as 35%, retaining employees was easy and everyone worked to make the better thing happen for the customer. The employees were the best a manger could ever ask for.

      Cons

      We died when the company sold to an outside investor. Pete Sherman retired and the Board of Directors took over as key leadership exited the company.
