They treat thier management well if you buy into the system and don't try to point out the flaws in their company

Cons

They are very unethical in the treatment of numnerous employees, management are always looking for someone to blame but never take a look in the mirror. They play with their numbers to a point that is bordeline criminal and pressure their emolpoyees to lie about it risking promotions or raises if they don't go along wth the corruption. Its a scary and sad place to work from that standpoint.

Shermco has a great team of employees working for them. The supervisors are very strong and always take care of you in your needs. This company will provide you with everything you need to grow and become anything you want. They have a very strong training department and lots of opportunities to advanced yourself.

Cons

Travel as any field service job requires. You are highly compensated for it.
