Pros

The company rewards hard work ethic and efficient problem-solving. The leaders aren't afraid to get their hands dirty and have strong technical and operational backgrounds. Managers do not micromanage. This is the first company I have worked at where the company core values are actually in practice, and not just preached.

Cons

Given the nature of the work, sometimes travel and work plans can be arranged last minute. This doesn't happen frequently and everyone is always appreciative of you pitching in to best support the customer.
