Pros

Because Sherpa 6, Inc. is a small business, the dynamic is one of caring. One where the employees come first. I've worked for many different defense contractors and Sherpa 6, Inc. is by far the best! I've had Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings with 6 people maximum! You really get to know the CEO, COO, CFO, etc. 10/10 recommend working for this company.

Cons

Because we're a small business, I feel like we got strong-armed by the "bigger" companies. We weren't positioned to be the Prime on a contract, so we were the Sub under two companies. The second one did us dirty and pushed us out.
