      Great Company to be a part of

      Pros

      Starting wage was nice. People and culture are great, plenty of room for career growth IF you stick around, and stock options are nice. Fitness Center with yoga/classes available inside downtown HDQ building for use during work day.

      Cons

      Potentially difficult for young professionals to move up quickly, much seniority. No standard annual Bonus, pay increase. Vacation is not too impressive either

      Stable company. Salary and benefits are good

      Cons

      IMO downtown Cleveland is a terrible location. Outside of stores employees, don't expect much of a well defined career path. If you're young in the IT world, consider looking else where until you're further along in your career.
