Pros

Prepared and motivated you to get ready for your next experience. The staff was generally friendly as well.

Cons

Short staff, rolling hours, working by yourself, impatient/cheap contractors, low pay. Also depending on your area you may just end up being a "color consultant" for your retail customers.

Pros

Potential for advancement is great if you are relocatable. Benefits are great and pay is high for an entry level position directly out of college.

Cons

Work/life balance can be a challenge. Minimum 44 hours per week for an Operations Manager and 48 hours per week for a Facility Manager.
