Pros

Deal with a variety of issues that will set you up for success later down the road, especially if you want to be a manager at another organization or in a corporate setting. Was a good segue into another career for me.

Cons

Sometimes, the program (MTP) can be limiting. It's tough if you're in a rural area, as I was, and you want to get to a city location.

Pros

Customer Service and Sales Training. Good operations and retail store management training. Competitive Salary and Benefits. Good retirement programs.

Cons

Slow to change with the marketplace with service and pricing strategy. Highly desires young, promotion seeking employees over experienced employees no longer seeking relocation or career advancement.

Pros

- Fairly easy work, tinting paint isn't hard - Great training, it's always clear what's expected - Nice people, I got along with everybody I met

Cons

- Can get boring and repetitive - Customers can be difficult, but that happens with any retail position
