      Liked working here, but disappointed in no full-time offerings

      Good employees to work with, fun work environment, good benefits if full-time, delivering was fun, you learn a lot working here, little to no micromanaging

      Cons

      If you start part time, youll never be offered full time..EVER. Cheap company doesnt give stores enough staffing hours even though their making huge profits(When I started stock price was $40, now $130) Often in store alone answering 2 phone lines ringing and waiting of 4 customers Custom wood stain matching - hours of headaches for $15 sale Expected to work full time hours several weeks with high turnaround of management. Expect a new manager/assistant manager in some form (either quitting or transferring) every 6 months I still enjoyed working here

      Good benefits,good training programs,fun and friendly professional employees.Safe and clean place of work.

      Cons

      20 years in the business and I have never felt so intimidated as I do know. Upper management could care less what your thoughts may be. It basically is do it their way or hit the highway. They have slowly integrated the young college kids into management positions at half the pay of those with proven experience.
