Pros

Company does provide great benefits. Might be the only reason considered one of the "best" companies to work for.

Cons

Reduced to auto-pilot; personal experience and knowledge not utilized by management.

Pros

The people are proud of the company's legacy, but the new owners are running it into the ground very quickly.

Cons

There are a lot of downsides these days. No promotion opportunities, no pay increases in 6 years. No bonus program. Lots of micromanaging.

Hard work can pay off

Pros

Hard work can pay off at this company, but you need to put in the work and the time to see the results.

Cons

Manual labor can be significant in some aspects such as mixing paint and stocking shelves. Tedious re-labeling of shelves and managing age of products.
