Pros

- Good benefits - Work mostly unsupervised - Lots of free time in the winter - Hours available if you need them - Potential to move up the latter

Cons

- If you are a women, you will probably we working alone in a all male staff - No reporting mechanism for sexual harassment, impossible to contact higher level management or HR - All male customer base, which also leads to sexual harassment - Usually short staffed so demanding for hours
