Pros

There is a ton of room for advancement. Everyone is willing to assist you with your growth. Friendly and supportive work environment. Allows you to develop sales skills and understand the different market segments.

Cons

The job does require a lot of heavy lifting as your working with high volumes of paint. If you are out of shape (I was when I started) this will feel tough at first, but your body gets stronger the more you do it and sooner or later it's easy.
