Pros

Hard work can pay off at this company, but you need to put in the work and the time to see the results.

Cons

Manual labor can be significant in some aspects such as mixing paint and stocking shelves. Tedious re-labeling of shelves and managing age of products.

Pros

The Company stands behind there employee's. There are there and the pay is half way decent. They promote from within and if you are a go getter then you will do great.

Cons

Managers are required to work 48 hours a week. The company is very motivated and there is quite a lot of pressure on the management team.
