      Overworked + Toxic Work Environment

      Interesting product. Work alongside some pretty smart, dedicated people.

      Cons

      - Overworked. You literally be contacted by management if you're not clocking min. 50 hrs/week - Tight deadlines that you are expected to meet with little resources. Deadlines are adjusted 50% of the time anyways - Managers undermine employees and make them feel stupid. I literally witnessed my manager calling one of my coworkers "not that smart" in a meeting of 8 other people - Considering the hours most people work (50-60 per week), the salary and benefits are not competitive enough

      They are extremely clear and communicative. Next steps make sense. This place moves fast but in an effective good way.

      Cons

      Hence the title, I have not a single complaint. I love this company and mission.
