      Great work potential but people are emotionally not mature

      Pros

      Work that can be done is great. Infrastructure and office is very nice.

      Cons

      Engineers advanced to management lack emotional maturity and tact. Engineers are talented but have a big head and can be condescending. Not a place to seek growth, there is no mentorship here. It's each person for themselves. Can have false sense of urgency at times.

      Pros

      * Leadership has adapted and brought needed focus to product development. Centering around the Hivemind Enterprise solution has made us aligned and able to gain efficiency over time. * People continue to be awesome to work with. Fellow engineers are smart and dedicated and kind human beings. * Startup-mentality: Hard work - but they recognize the high output.

      Cons

      * Some leaders are a bit disconnected from the ground but this is improving over time. * Relatively high commitment required but for some like me, it is balanced by faster career trajectory.
