      Pros

      Great people, interesting problems to work on, and I am happy to be a part of what they are building. This is by far the best job I have ever had.

      Cons

      There are going to be problems in a rapidly growing start up (the company has doubled in size since I started), but every time something has come up it has been dealt with quickly and fairly.
